After 20 years working in the private sector, Susan began a career in post-secondary education and spent seven years working for Capilano University in China as an instructor and an administrator. Since 2006, Susan has returned permanently to Vancouver and is teaching in both the ESL and Communications Departments at Capilano University’s North Vancouver campus.

Rebecca Kullman has been teaching EAP at BCIT since 2007. She has a B. Ed. and a TESL certificate from UBC, and an MA in History from McGill. Her interests include professional development and curriculum.

Joel Rhein is currently an instructor for SUCCESS. He holds an MA in Adult Education. Additionally, working collaboratively with a team and ELSA Net, he has contributed to developing two provincial curriculums for ELSA 6 and 7.
