Submit a Proposal

2012 BC TEAL Conference

Thank-you for submitting a proposal for the 2012 BC TEAL Conference! We count on people like you to share their knowledge and expertise to make our events a success. Here are a few important details:

1.      All presenters are required to register for the conference, and are welcome to attend other presentations and workshops. Until payment for registration is received for all presenters, the presentation will not be included in conference materials.

2.     Please indicate in the description field if you have limitations to present on Friday, May 4th or Saturday, May 5th.

3.     All presenters are asked to bring their own laptops and photocopied handouts. These items are not provided by BC TEAL.

4.     Additional information that must be included in the description area includes:

    • AV equipment requirements – LCD projector, CD player, speakers, etc.
    • Desired length of presentation – 60 or 90 minutes
    • Preferred date of presentation – Friday, Saturday, or either

5.     The deadline for proposals is FRIDAY, MARCH 2nd, 2012.
