Why join BC TEAL? Over the years many EAL professionals have decided to become members of BC TEAL. Some of us are ESL instructors with years of experience who are interested in furthering our career through collaborative research initiatives. Others are new teachers who are looking for opportunities to network with and learn from seasoned instructors from other institutions. Still others are administrators wanting to find PD opportunities for our staff, as well as a supportive community of our own. No matter where you are in your career, BC TEAL has something to offer.
